Absolutely, unless a semi-aquatic species that lives in the same natural ecosystem as the frog in question...Don't go there!

:I've read that all frogs have poisons in their skins that can hurt other animals over the long term. Some frogs would be worse than others but I think you'd be taking a risk with any frog, especially because they'd be sharing water sources. (yuck!)
