How much food? Fire skink.

New to lizards. I am a snake person. Normally feed my 9" fire skink 2 crickets a day for 5 days then a pinky mouse on the sixth day and then a day off. I also bring him pill bugs, beetles, snails and whatever else I find as treat some days. I just want to make sure I am not feeding too much. Also, do I need to worry about calciom supplements if I am feeding pinkies.
P.S. My mice colony receives vitamin supplements. Any disagreements or suggestions?
