Well, they did a beautiful job. Is he in construction or just a hobbyist carpenter? My husband and I also make our own enclosures but we are not equipped or experienced enough to make such beautiful enclosures. I'll bet the animals love it! It looks like it is very well designed and you furnished it very well, evidently with the animal's well-being in mind.

Does the top part (the part with the knob) come off, for extra ventilation?

:well...to be honest, no, its not really me. Its my father's friend that did it...and I have two enclosures like that: one for my BTS and an other one for my uromastyx...They seem to like that!
