I would say it is definitely one of the Pogona family, it looks slightly different to the Bearded Dragon or Inland Dragon(Pogona vitticeps) but it could be a Rankins Dragon (Pogona Henrylawsonii). To be certain post over on the Bearded forum. I keep Beardies and the thing does not have the same body mass to me! It would not be a Pogona Barbatus as they are much bigger.
