Yes, you will need a USF&W import/export license which is 50per year
plus all animals leaving the US need to be inspected by USF&W
The inspection is best facilitated at a "desiginated port" and these are only at
large international airports where USF&W has an office.
The inspection will cost $55.
It isn't worth it unless you are moving commercial volumes.
