Shipping Rat Snakes in cold weather????

I am aware that boas and pythons need heat packs when shippinig in colder weather, but how about Rat snakes. I plan to have some baby CB Mandarins shipped to me soon. I'm on the east coast and it's cold here now! I know rat snakes can withstand cooler conditions, but at what temperature do you have to start having concerns about shipping them?
Any opinions would be helpfull.
