First you can get Heat Packs from Superior Enterprise. Second cheap shiping is not the best shipping. You want to ship the best method to ensure the animal(s) arrive safely. UPS is a good service but you might run into problems with your local office about shipping reptiles. Delta,UsAir are both good carrier for shipping Reptiles throughout the US.
