for those that ship "ILLEGAL"..........

on this forum. some brazen individuals state that they will ship no matter what. some state just don't mark the box/container. GEE ! It's not if we ( the herping community ) don't have enough problems already without this ! I have been around in this biz/hobby longer then some of you have been born. I have seen the live animal shipping situation go from 0 (zero ) problems to what it is now. The bureaucrats, Humane societies, and the animal agencies have been having a field day recently with herp people anyway. Do you want more FUEL to shut down this industry ? Do you want more restrictions added to the the ones already ? Do you want more laws handed down on herps ? You know some of this illegal shipping is of federal law boundries. In fact some shipping falls in the lacy act and the cities act. Keep it up and watch a complete shut-down happen. That's okay though.........because some people rely on the reptile shows/expos now anyway and think they might be LEGAL driving the animals across state lines from these events. NEWS FOR YOU in some states.
