I adopt out turtles weekly. Not all USPS will accept turtles. Mine postoffice does not say anything to me. They definatly know. I have very very few problems with them.
Airborn on the other hand drives me crazy. They are expensive and tend to lose packages. The price can be argued. They will over charge 9 out of 10 times.

: I am struggling with the same problem, as FEDEX and UPS are no longer taking turtles, and USPS is likely to nuke anything sent through them. Does Airborne Express actually accept turtles now? If so they may be the only reasonable choice (outside of Delta Dash, which is expensive and not so reliable either).
