i dont answer many questions, but i have bad memories with Delta Dash, in a word they SUCK. I had a baby retic shipped from washington state to me ,(mass.) last april, after 30 min. of vigerous warming he finnally came out of the 'coma' thanks to Deltas leaving him out in a cold plane.I always used airborne express to ship and recieve turtles with not one problem.Just have the breeder mark 'live harmless reptile, turtle' on box have him put a heat pack in, and youll be set....good luck....alan
