: We would just like to know how many people actually ship with huge holes punched in the outside of the shipping boxes? We have had tons of things sent to us without holes, and we also ship without putting holes in boxes. A cardboard box that has only been taped along the bottom and top folding flap is NOT airtight! Yet we still have some customers complaining after getting their shipment about us trying to kill the animals by putting them in an airtight box. This is just ridiculous. We would like to know how other feel!
