I just called Delta and initiated the process....lady just took some basic info and said someone would contact me to come inspect my "facility" (which I told her was my house) she did not say there was a minimum number of shipments per year but did ask me how many I would be sending...I told her maybe 5 per year...so it was not a big deal up to this point.
