...I suppose I am just angry with the way my ball python was shipped and the hell I went through. It is very hard to find valid legal information when it comes to this topic. I did post the wrong link...sorry about that. And yes, the Lacey Act does require the animals to be labeled. My ball python was shipped using FedEx without being labeled which is not only against the company policy but was also against the law. They had no clue it was a ball python and when they found out, they would not deliver. The shipper told me he had this problem with them before as well. I just wish there were a safer more convenient way (for shipper, customer, and snakes). I certainly was not trying to offend anyone...and I didn't take offense. Thanks!
