shipping one BIG lizard

Hey, I'd like some advice here. I'm a snake person myself, and I have NO experience with shipping lizards. I have a large (4 feet, about 15-20 pounds) rescue iguana going to his new home, and I have no idea how to go about it. how do I package him? What carrier should I use to get him from Portland, OR, to San Antonio? ANY information on how the heck to do this would be appreciated.
