Respectable Pet Stores/ Breeders in San Diego

When it comes to purchasing my snakes, im extreemly selective and very picky. Also im more of an impluse buyer, so i tend to frequent the many pet stores here in San Diego. My question to everyone is - does anyone know of a respectable pet store with quality animals? I think ive heard (and seen) many bad things for just about all the pet stores around here; Snakes covered with mites, selling wild caught while stating they are captive breed, and even knowingly selling snakes with IBD. It shocked me to hear what pet store was doing this - it was one that I would favor over all others.
Anyone have some favorite hot spots that they could reccomend? Stores or Breeders.
