bearded dragons outside....

i know this is not the bd forum, but ive posted this messege there b4 and have not recieved a yes/no response so every time im right back where i started. so i thought maybe i could ask you if you might be so kind as to answer me since you guys know the weather around here. would i be able to keep adult bearded dragons outside in san diego year round, or for part of the year, or maybe do you have some info you muight refer me to as far as the heating requirements or other things i might need for him. i live right near UTC and they would recieve direct sunlight for most of the day.
