Yes ED,
I know that many "cladistic" taxonomers (I also read that on EMBL) list them in geckonidae. I believe it is fairly inconsistent based on lialis physiology. Just my opinion however, im sticking with the traditional taxonomy which states that legless lizards are not geckos.
