The amount of space you get with your $600 and 1/3 utilities gets you about 1000sf of space. You cannot even get an apartment for that price, oh yeah and we are in Carlsbad 2 mins from the beach and 1/2 mile from the 5 and 78 freeways. We would like to start meeting candidates as soon as possible for move in asap.
