Shaking corn snake

I have had an adult (13 year old) female corn snake for the past two years.
She recently started shaking when moving. She seems weak and is un-coordinated.
I fed her a mouse yesterday. She tried to feed but was unable to capture the mouse.
Any idea what is ailing her? Do you know of any cures? And are there any good online
reference works on snake diseases?
