It sure does.In Ca. we can't keep San Francisco garters, Giant garters, Two-stripe garters, Alameda striped whipsnakes, San Diego mountain kingsnakes and Southern rubber boas. For a complete listing of our protected list, go to the NRAC section and pull up the Ca area and go to Ca F&G regulations. Mark
