Beardie wont eat his greens!

I've had my beardie for a month now, and he just will NOT touch his greens. I buy him mustard, turnip greens and Romaine Lettuce... and he just will not eat them. I feed him crickets daily considering I dont want to starve the poor bastid to death. But I have gone a few days without feeding him crickets hoping he will maybe consider eating the fresh veggies. Any adive would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
