sulcattas not eating

I have changed my sulcattas diet from greens to grasses but they refuse to eat.I cannot afford to feed them enough greens to keep up with their voracious appetite. I fear they will starve to death.Will they eventually give in and eat the grass or will they stubburnly refuse to the death.
