sick baby sulcata

i recently purchased a 10 week old sulcata tortoise and he has a cold. he is on antibiotics, but since he started on them he has had barely any appetite. he has also been sleeping alot and heavily (deep sleep). is all of this ok? i figure i should let him sleep since he is sick, but what should i do about him not eating? does all of this sound ok? i have never had a tortoise before so i am not sure.
