Reintroductioon of Hogg Island Boas

I am just wondering if anyone has ever looked at the feasibility of reintroducing Hoggs to the Honduran Bay Islands, or if there is even any suitable habitat left. With the bad publicity this hobby gets, it would be nice to put a positive slant on herpetoculture.
