Boy do I feel stupid! I do have a dog and a cat but I don't think I can rely on them to hound out my snake. I know the dog would eat it if he found it(he has a regular search route in our back yard for lizards, which he catches and eats frequently) but I'm not sure about the cat. She pretty much just eats and sleeps. I'm still holding out hope I'll find the little guy though.
