If your Harquhala is 19" then I would definetly start on weaned. BUT give the snake a chance to adjut its system before offering a weaned mouse. Try two of the fuzzy size (like in the pic) first then 4 days later feed a hopper. Hoppers are the same as weaned mice but choose small ones at your pet shop. Ones with the eyes barely open. Nothing to quick to soon. In a week you'll be feeding hopper sized weaned mice with no regurges.
The reason you have not seen any sheds is becaues of lack of food (ie pinkys) = no growth. Once you start on larger items then you will see a huge growth spurt.
Just remember to take out that water dish because you don't want any regurgitation to start.Not easy to cure.
Also some rat pinks are good for a growth spurt as well.
Once you have added some size (girth) you can feed small adult mice.
