my rosy won't eat!!!

I received my baby el rosario from Upstate Exotics three weeks ago and 2-3 day after I tried to feed it a live tiny pinky. It didn't eat it so I figured it was just from being shipped. So today I bought another live pinky (smaller than the first thinking size might have played a role in it as well) and again it refused to eat. They said that it had been eating so what's the deal? I have read that rosies usually fast for a while, so if this is what it's doing then how do I know when to start feeding it again?
