Uhmm..... feeding a rosy, and i think i just fed it too much

Hi, I got a rosy for free from these people that live near me. It is 2 years old and a little underfed. Well I just fed it a pinky/almost fuzzy rat, and it was a little thicker than the diameter of the snake, i was just wondering if rosys have sensitive stomachs, and if I fed this thing too much. It's like 2 feet or something, I havent measured it.
I need to stick to my redtails!
