Questions about El Rosario rosies....

I just wanted someone to give me some info or a website that has the best info about el rosario rosies. I'm getting one and I just wanted to be the best mom I can be. I already have a ball python and I wanted to know some things that are the same/different between caring for the two.

What is the best substrate for a rosy?
What is the best size food item?
Is it true their jaws are different so they can only eat food the size of their heads?
One petstore woman told me that rosies can get up to 10 ft long if you give them room to grow and feed them bigger food. Is that true?

I just wanted to know these things b/c I haven't been able to find this info anywhere else.
