In the wild, Rubber Boas generally have to deal with a variety of temps including significant day/night differences. I think they are fairly flexible, as long as it is not too warm. 27°C should be about the maximum, and they should have access to somewhere cooler at all times.
I know wild females bask, but at night I am sure they have to withdraw and wait until the next day to find warmth again.
As for keeping them together, I keep my adults together most of the year and my adult male is a fraction of the size of my adult female, so I am sure babies would be OK, especially in a large cage like you are keeping them. You would have to separate for feeding obviously.
