I just found this forum and wanted to reply to this posting. I have one lonely female Javelin (I think). She looks very similar to your photo and has a nice orange belly. Anyone in the U.S. got a male?

:Has anybody got any Javelins ? I recently got a young pair from someone who had'nt the slightest idea on keeping them,the female had'nt fed since last Sept but i managed to get her feeding and she is now putting on a bit of weight. Picture is a head shot of the male.
:I am slowly building my sand boa collection up i have now got 1.1 javelins ,1.2 kenyan and adult female rough scale what thinks its a piranha......boy does she bite !!!!!
