:I have a hatchling I recently got and it is probally the mellowest snake I have owned. It does try to get away but it is so slow and some times just sits in my hand.

:I have never been bitten or striked at. I have mine in care fresh bedding and I have to dig to find it and I saw its bright orange body and went to pick it up, and it was the head, not the mid section I thought it was. And it did nothing, just curled back. Maybe I just have a really docile snake. One problem I have with them is that I rarely see her out of her bedding. She is really cool though, I like them alot.
