I do have a bunch of docile youngins, but there's just a chance you'll get a touchy one. I have been bitten after accidentally grabbing their heads instead of their tails, but not every time. However, I've never been bitten by a large one (cross fingers). One thing you do have to watch out for, though, is picking them up after they've eaten. They get very touchy. I had one that would launch himself completely in the air after my hand, and he weighed about 70 grams! All in all they're pretty cool, though.
