Looks like your humidity is in the acceptable range. I'd start of with the heat on the lower side of what you described and see how your snake reacts...you can always crank it up a little if need be. With new snakes I usually just put them in their new home and leave 'em alone for 2 or 3 days. I will look in on them from time to time however. After that I'll handle them some and then see if they'll take a f/t rodent of appropriate size. I just got a San Felipe male the other week and after three days he was ready to eat. Once they've done that you know they're feeling pretty much at home! Fortunately Rosys are one of the easiest snakes to start with, so you should be fine!
