Is this a baby rosy? I have an adult that does not eat from September thru mid-March. She is a powerful, healthy animal. If your snake is a baby from last year, then you still have time, or else you may have a rosy that won't eat ever. Have you tried live food? Is the cage warm (but not too warm)? Use newspaper substrate for now. Take the water bowl out.
