:post a photo of him next to a similarly sized Kenyan (particularly one of your yellower Kenyans) and with a plain background so we can get a decent color comparison.

:While some of the nicer Egyptian Sand Boas I have seen were yellow, many have sort of a dirty tan background color (with just a hint of yellow).

:The pic you used from my web site is of a male that I picked out of a large group that the Barker's had. They were confiscated by customs officials in an illegal shipment from Egypt and ended up at VPI. I went through the group and picked 1.2 of the nicer ones for myself. There were others in the group that weren't as yellow.

:Hollister's Egyptians are fairly colorful individuals as well. Baby egyptians are also much paler than adults (although the one in your pic appears to be an adult/subadult male?).
