I've used it but it's hard to keep it moist. I switched back to plain old newspaper not too long ago, and just mist once more a day. If you like a more natural look it's the way to go. I still use it for their moist hide because a small amount is easy to keep moist, but the entire cage floor dries out too fast IMO.
