I got a question?

Before I go and make some sorta shelf for my Viv (tall octagon), what i need to know is.....do you think Crested's would prefer hides up higher or lower?

I have plenty of foilage, fake plants, a real one too, a nice big piece of wood, & some climbing wood as well, but as far as these 2 hides that i have......right now I have them sitting on the floor, but was thinking of raising them 1/2 way up on some sorta shelf....what's ur take on this....how 'bout some feedback?

Oh....by the way, I think I might just leave the heat mat underneath as well....if that makes a difference or not?
Thanks!
