Cage cleaners???

Start by washing and scrapeing all the "gunk" off.

Then wash it well a few times with soap and water (dish soap is fine). Rinse it very well then bleach it....rinse it very very VERY well then let it sit out in the sun for a day. This should kill most to everything that's on it.
