Very nice hawk! Learning falconry was something I have always wanted to do but never had the time nor opportunity. Not even sure if there is any falconers in my area. Then again maybe I haven't looked hard enough.

Can't help you with the Quaker Parrot question, I don't know much about parrots unfortunately. Do know a friend who has a few different kinds of birds...but haven't seen her online lately so don't know when I can ask her about this particular breed.
