I think that i will get the little guy. I will think about it, and post later on what i decide. He is a sweet bird, but he has one fault, in that he is very teritorial over his cage. He has one trick, which is funny. He will whistle for you, like you would a dog. Then he will act like he wants you to pick him up, then he will run back and forth across the cage. I found it funny. :Any way, i was getting crix at the store today, and a lady offered me a quaker parrot and its cage for free. (the store workers recomened me to her because i am a falconer and know about birds) Anyone got experiance with these guys? I really want to take it, its either to me where it will get lots of attention or to an animal collector who buys everything and treats it like sh*t. The lady said that it is 4 years old, and very sweet. I have read up on them on the net up till now. Sounds like a good bird to me. Anyone have experiance with them that they would be nice enough to share? Thanks for any help. The bird forums are dead, other wise i would post it there.
