Citric acid and lemon juice in babyfood???? re: Crested

I was reading the labels at my local grocery store and there is either citric acid or lemon juice in the banana and the apricot...only the peach and pear was just peach and water or pear and water.

Question is then, if citrus fruits are not to be fed...is it ok to feed babyfood with these ingredients?
