I have a bunch of questions so Im gonna number them to make it easier.
1- Ok, I got a 12X7X12 sterilite container, its a thing with a handle to carry it, maybe youve seen it. Anyway Im wondering if this is to big/small for my juvie??
2- Also I made about 4 rows with 5 small holes for 20 total holes on each of the narrower sides, is this enough for ventilation or should I make more??
3- Anyway I also bought a fake plant thing wich is basically 20 or so plastic branches with a bunch of fake leaves. I put this in the container and basically it fills up the whole tank, is this good or should I cut some branches off???
4- Also I taped the inside of a toilet paper role to the top part of the container as a hide, is this good/bad?
Im also thinking of adding a moist hidde spot, Id use a deli cup with a hole cut in and moist sphangnum moss on the bottom of it, should I do this??
Any other comments or suggestions on my setup would be apreciated!
On to the feeding questions
Ok, I bought a bunch of flavors of baby food (turkey, applesauce,peach,fruitmedley,etc..) and I also bought the crested gecko diet by T-Rex
1- As you know I just bought this guy on sunday and Im wondering how long should it be before he starts eating??
2- Im first gona start feeding just the crested gecko diet by itself to see if he takes that, in which case ill throw out the baby food, is this OK?
3- Im gonna put the crested gecko diet in a deli cup cut down to a little less than one inch tall, it will be placed on the floor, do I need to make sure a branch is over it so he can access it??
4-Im also gonna use one of those small croc bowls as a water dish, is this Ok, do I need a branch over this???
Again any other comments or suggestions would be appreciated!
Thanks
Jack
