:Are you sure you are measuring him right; that seems extremely small. In the pic above the upper most gecko is 4months and the lower one is about 7months.

:I feed them all they want every single night. Which usually ends up being anywhere from 4-10 crix depending on their size. It is possible that you just have animals from a small bloodline.
