I've actually been advised not to breed the female rhacs until they're 24 mths. By breeding them earlier, and putting them through that amount of stress can shorten their lives signifcantly. I personally am planning on waiting till that age because my female doesn't seem big enough (even though she's 18'ish). I'm also a little concerned about putting in an immature male, I wouldn't want to take the chance. Hopefully more people will take into account that these animals should be pets first, and if you are successful in breeding then congrats. I think the life of the animal is much more imporant than the almighty dollar.

Well, enough of the ranting, I need new digi-cam, then watch out Mike I'm gonna master the art of fine Rhac-pics.

lol Good Luck

Ian
