:my crestie (not fully grown, about 6 inches long) has refused baby food for months never even tried to lick it nomatter what i put in, even if i used real fruit like browned bananas strawberies and other things. so i got frustrated after him still not trying it last night so i stuck a cricket in some baby food and he lunged for the cricket, swallowed then ran over to the baby food and started crazy licking it and ate almost half a teaspoon, he liked it soo much he continued to eat after he saw me put crickets in his bowl!! im soo happy
I had the same problem w/ my crestie but when at night , i got a little spoonful of peach babyfood, and kind of nudged his head into it and he started to eat the whole thing havent had a prob since
