We have used it for a number of years on rescues (sick and abused), with good results. There are better things to use on a healthy gecko, but this is not going to hurt them. However like I told Liz, it is prob not going to do much in the adding weight department. Trace has used it more then I have, perhaps if she has time she can post on it.
