Liz,
I have used it before on sick geckos or ones that have not been eating regularly for some reason. It won’t hurt to give it a try once a week, but I do not think it is going to increase his weight that much. The only thing that is going to do that is a bigger appetite. Perhaps he is just going through a phase of less food intake, it sometimes happens. But like I said give it a try.
