I have my crested gecko in a 25 gallon tall. This is enough space for both of them. Glass is easier to clean then wood. I have a long piece of cork the leans against the side. Drako sleeps on this cork under a leaf. It is really cute because just his nose sticks out. I find Drako rarely sleeping on the glass. I avoid put things near the glass that he could hide on. I didn't want them sleeping there upside down because it can cause his tail to permantly curve if it flops to the side. This way Drako is sleeping on an angle and his tail stays straight and he feels just a safe I'm sure. I don't know if this is a factor with leachianus?
I agree though if you mounted the cork on the sides it will be hard to clean. Try to keep things as simple as possible for yourself. :)
Hope that helped a little
:I'm mainly talking about leachianus. Do you use glass terrariums, or wood cages, or what? also, how should i go about mounting cork bark panels on the back wall and possibly the sides? do any of you guys do this? it mentions it in the *RHAC* book, and says the gecko(s) will be more apt to climb of the walls, and feel safer this way. any opinions?
:Thanks,
