Just mist the cage lightly in the evening. Fogger’s cost too much and break often. They also make the water source they sit in very hot (at least in the older models I tried). Not to mention your crested gecko does not need that much humidity. It will just lead to bacteria/mold build up (esp since you have fake plants). So just go the old fashion way =).
